5:30 to 6:30PM

Share your common interests and experiences during informal discussions

6:30 to 6:45PM

Stay on for casual conversation at an informal reception for all attendees

WHAT’S THE STORY?

Our recent member survey showed that Temple Kol Ami members want to have stronger connections. As we celebrate our 30-year anniversary and welcome our many new members, we’re developing new activities and programs to make it easier for everyone to form meaningful and lasting relationships.

WHO’S INVITED?

YOU ARE! We hope both new and longtime members of all ages will attend whenever you have time – once a month or just once in a while.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

We envision our monthly gatherings to be like our own community coffee house, where we gather regularly to schmooze with new and familiar friends. Our volunteer hosts will welcome you and introduce you to the coordinator for the table topic that interests you. We’ll begin our table conversations by introducing ourselves. Then as we share our common interests, we’ll hopefully plan future outings and activities together. You may consider informally connecting with other attendees for casual dinners at neighborhood restaurants that evening or other evenings.

Table conversation options include:

Mitzvah Mensches

Share stories about your community service and social justice activities with others who share your commitment

Lifetime Learners

Share your pursuit of studying Jewish history, theology, philosophy, and ethics with others who are also dedicated to lifelong learn

Outdoor Enthusiasts
